Haggai 1:13
"Then Haggai, the messenger of the Lord, spoke by the commission of the Lord to the people saying, 'I am with you,' declares the Lord.
The background of this verse can be found throughout this chapter and summed up by the people’s obedience to their God – as they finally came and worked on the house of the Lord of hosts. His response to their obedience – I am with you.
What is God's will for your life? Have faith in Him and become willing to do what He says - His response will then be - "I am with you."
The Truth
And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. (Matthew 28:18-20)
