Chapter 6
lists the genealogy of the Levites, the tribe dedicated to serving the Lord.
Each of the three family groups mention in our reading had a specific job and
function. Furthermore, each individual serving the Lord
had a specific
assignment to carry out as well.
What if
each one of us had a specific assignment in service to God every day? We can
you know. Just prayerfully ask the LORD to show you how you can be of service
to Him. Then you will find your position and place in the body of Christ.
The Truth
“Each of
you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as
faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.” (1 Peter 4:10)
