Micah 3:12
"Therefore, on account of you, Zion will be plowed as a field, Jerusalem will become a heap of ruins, and the mountain of the temple will become high places of a forest.”
Because the leadership of that country had become utterly corrupt, including politicians, landowners, wealthy men and women, priests, prophets and religious leaders; and because ordinary people had been corrupted as well, "therefore," destruction would come upon the land.
Look to the Lord, lest you end up like "Zion," which was "plowed as a field."
